1.Current introduction: When current passes through the electromagnetic coil of the Heater Magnetic Valve, the wires in the electromagnetic coil will become the channel of the current. Depending on the arrangement and design, these wires may be wound in a spiral or arranged in parallel to enhance the generation of the magnetic field. When current passes through a wire, a magnetic field is generated. According to Ampere's loop theorem, the magnetic field generated by the current passing through the coil changes with the change of the coil, thus forming a relatively stable magnetic field.
2. Magnetic field effect: The generated magnetic field exerts a force on the magnetic components inside the valve (usually the valve core or valve cover). This force is usually generated by the attraction or repulsion effect of the magnetic field, depending on the direction of the poles between the magnetic component and the coil. When current passes through the solenoid coil, the force of the magnetic field causes the magnetic components inside the valve to move, thereby changing the state of the valve.
3. Valve operation: Through the magnetic field force generated by the solenoid coil, the magnetic components in the valve will be pushed or pulled accordingly, thereby opening or closing the valve. For example, when an electric current passes through an electromagnetic coil, the magnetic field generated attracts the magnetic valve core in the valve and brings it closer to the magnetic field, thereby opening the valve and allowing liquid or gas to pass through. When the current stops flowing, the magnetic field disappears and the magnetic components within the valve return to their original position, closing the valve.
4. Current disconnection: When current stops flowing, the magnetic field within the solenoid coil rapidly weakens and eventually disappears. In this case, the magnetic components within the valve lose the influence of the magnetic field and return to their original position. This automatic recovery mechanism makes the Heater Magnetic Valve have automatic shut-off characteristics, which can keep the valve closed even in the event of power interruption, ensuring the safety and stability of the system.
