Solenoid valve installation steps and precautions:
1. Before installation, carefully read the instruction manual of the product, check whether the product fully meets the application requirements, understand the key points of installation, and make preparations.
2. Check whether the parameters marked on the nameplate are the parameters of the selected product, and whether they are consistent with the instruction manual.
3. Fully flush the pipeline with a pressure of 0.3Mpa before receiving, and completely remove the metal powder, residual sealing material, rust, etc. in the pipeline.
4. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If impurities such as dirt mixed in the medium hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter should be installed in the pipeline.
5. The solenoid valve should not be installed in the depression of the pipeline. If it is installed in the discharge pipeline of the container, be careful not to lead out from the bottom of the container, but should be installed at a position slightly above the bottom of the container.
6. If the medium will cause water hammer, then it is possible to use a multi-function solenoid valve or take corresponding preventive measures.
7. A steam trap should be installed on the inlet side of the solenoid valve for steam. The receiving side should be tilted, and the steam trap should be installed at a low position. It is best to install a multi-way recoil filter.
8. The flow direction of the solenoid valve is usually directional, and it cannot be installed in reverse. Usually, an "arrow" is used to indicate the flow direction of the medium on the valve body. When installing, it should be installed according to the direction indicated by the "arrow".
9. Generally, the electromagnetic coil parts of the electromagnetic valve should stand upright and be perpendicular to the pipeline. Some products have special regulations, please install them according to the instructions. .
10. Pay attention when recycling, the sealing material should not be used too much. If the thread is connected, the receiving thread should be kept within the effective length, and chamfered with a file at the half pitch of the end, 2 teeth from the end
Do not wrap the sealing tape at the beginning, otherwise excessive sealing tape or adhesive will enter the solenoid valve and cause accidents that hinder normal operation.
11. There should be a certain reserved space at the installation of the solenoid valve for its normal maintenance and regular repair.
12. When installing, fix the valve body with a wrench or pipe wrench, and then screw on the receiver. Do not apply force to the coil assembly to cause deformation, making it difficult for the solenoid valve to work normally.
13. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline or water hammer appearance, please firmly fix the front and rear receiving brackets of the valve.
14. When used in frozen places, protect the pipeline with heat insulating material or install a heater on the pipeline.
15. To confirm whether there is leakage of the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the receiver.
16. The connection of the coil lead wires must be checked correctly, especially in the case of three lead wires.
17. Electrical components connected to solenoid valves, such as relays, switches and contactors. The contacts should not oscillate when the valve is opened, otherwise the operation will be unreliable and affect the life of the solenoid valve.
18. The electrical circuit should be connected to the corresponding safety wire as the protection of the electrical circuit.
19. For the convenience of maintenance and repair work, or without interrupting continuous production, it is recommended to use the bypass isolation installation method for ordinary solenoid valves.
